1. What is a PhotoVideoTreasure or PhotoVideoMontage?
It is a thoughtful, personal and unique video that skillfully combines your favorite photos, videos, memorabilia (poems, newspaper clippings, love letters) with your favorite music and special effects to create a beautiful keepsake. It may just contain photos and music or it could be as elaborate as your imagination. Each montage is created with the customer to ensure that the video brings your ideas to life.
2. How long can my montage be?
In general, videos are between five and twenty five minutes long. This is the perfect length to keep viewers interested. We can create many montages for you and combine them on one DVD. For example, "Our Children'' DVD could consist of each child's first year in a separate chapter. At special occasions with large viewing audiences, we recommend keeping the montage to no more than 15 minutes. If it is longer, you should show it as part 1 and part 2 in different chapters.
3. How long does it take you to create a montage?
Each project is usually processed (customer contacted and first payment received) in one week and the entire montage is usually completed in two weeks. However, it really depends on which time of year you are ordering and how complicated your montage will be. For an additional fee, we can put a rush on your order. A rush order is usually completed in 3 or 4 days for a extra $50.00 fee.
4. Can turn my photos into a moving video?
Yes, this is called the "pan and zoom"effect. Photos can be animated using digital pan and zoom based on the natural focal points of a photo. This technique is commonly seen in professional documentaries. All of the packages have the option for this advanced technique along with many more. I recommend scanning your photos if you own a scanner and a CD burner and you are nervous about parting with your photos.
